Prize Winning Uniform Design

Harry from Year 4 at Illogan School was delighted to learn that his skills have earned him a prize.  Harry was diagnosed with Diabetes 2 years ago and leapt at the chance to design a new logo for the Paediatric Diabetes nurses at RCHT where he receives much of his excellent care. Harry chose to make his design happy and colourful and incorporated a shield because his excellent care makes him feel protected.  This really touched the judges’ hearts.  Harry’s design will feature on the uniforms of all the nurses in the department and should really cheer up other patients.…

Tree Removal

The Crofty estates team organised the removal of a tree that fell down during the recent high winds at Rosemellin School. They then arranged for the remaining unsafe trees to be removed. New trees are going to be planted after Easter.

It’s Blooming Nice To Be Back

YES! We are BACK! At Treloweth, we put the wellbeing of children and staff at the very forefront of all our decisions and last week was no different. To celebrate our school coming back together, we had a PSHE focus week.  During this time, staff carefully planned, created and delivered activities to support the children returning to school and being back together.  There was a lovely ‘school buzz’ bursting from the classrooms and playground.  Children played games, read books, took part in circle time to discuss thoughts and feelings about lockdown and created an art display.  Each child made a flower…
