Are you a talented teacher looking for your next career opportunity?
Crofty MAT are looking for a year 3 teacher to work within Weeth School.
Weeth School is situated in the historic mining town of Camborne. We are a one form entry school who works in close partnership with supportive parents, the local community and our dedicated governing body making us the ‘Weeth Family’ we are today.
We benefit from an experienced and dedicated team of teaching and support staff who are devoted to enabling our staff to positively Inspire, Influence and Impact through a range of learning opportunities which include: day/residential visits, visitors, music tuition and sports coaching.
Our pupils are at the heart of all that we do and together we work to ensure they grow socially, emotionally and academically. Our aim is to inspire and motivate, so that our pupils leave as life-long learners.
Teachers within our schools are encouraged and supported to work creatively, seeking ways to engage, inspire and motivate our pupils. We aim for our children to be creative, ask questions and challenge themselves. We are looking for a teacher who can add to, or lead, different aspects of this work.
As a trust we are committed to improving the lives of young people every day through a relentless focus on learning and personal development. We know that we can only do that if we have the very best teachers working within our team, this is your chance to be part of that growing body of exceptional teachers.
Teachers within our trust work collaboratively both across ages and subjects within their own schools and across all Crofty Schools. We strongly believe in developing the potential of all staff and have a comprehensive professional development programme, for staff at all levels, which understands ours is an intellectual and practical profession that draws its energy from rich conversations.
Our Trust is committed to working collaboratively providing ongoing CPD and career opportunities to enable you to make a difference to the benefit of pupils and the local community.
