Caroline Trathen, Teaching Assistant

Caroline has demonstrated exceptional dedication this year in supporting our children who require additional support.

She has worked diligently both in the classroom and through targeted interventions, tailoring her approach to meet the unique need of each child and offering innovative ideas to enhance their learning experience.

Her ability to anticipate needs, organise effectively and assist with the finer details of school logistics has been invaluable. Her proactive mindset and organisational skills have significantly contributed to the smooth operation of Halwin school.

 

Ellie Williams, Teaching Assistant

Ellie consistently demonstrates a strong eagerness to learn and grow in her role as a Teaching Assistant.

She actively seeks advice and is willing to experiment with new ideas to enhance her effectiveness. Her dedication is evident in her willingness to volunteer for additional tasks and participate in various events.

She has shown exceptional commitment to supporting her 1:1 pupil. She has invested considerable effort in understanding the pupil’s needs, identifying next steps and planning targeted learning opportunities to ensure continuous progress. Her hard work and thoughtful approach have made a significant impact on the pupil’s development.
