Alice always goes out of her way to think of ways to make the children’s day easier and more rewarding. She doesn’t always have her breaks because she would rather sit with a child and support them in completing their work than take time for herself.

Alice is not just there for the children but also the staff within her class, she makes everyone feel included. She goes above and beyond for everyone. She has a huge amount of resilience and is always there for the children.
