Crofty MAT are looking for a Deputy Headteacher to work at Pencoys Primary School.

Pencoys is looking for a Deputy Headteacher who will work closely within the well established team, contributing to their vision for continuous improvement and the very highest expectations for all. Successful candidates will have recent, relevant experience of leading positive whole school change.

Key skills will include the ability to lead change in an emotionally intelligent manner which brings about rapid progress, consolidating commitment from the team to the school vision and securing a long term culture of a restless drive for improvement.
