Rosemellin School 16th April 2024
Bridie Kistle, Administrator
Bridie has spent many hours (at home and at work) setting up the new wrap around care at Rosemellin. This provision helps many families in the school community, because they need childcare when they are working.
Alongside organising the clubs registers, bookings and payments, Bridie has also worked everyday in the after school club, due to staffing issues.
She is always helpful and cheerful to everyone at Rosemellin.
Natasha Anderson, Deputy Headteacher
Natasha was nominated for the Crofty Community Award due to her pivotal role in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of the pupils at Rosemellin school. Tash’s dedication to fostering a safe and secure environment allows children to thrive academically and socially.
She serves as a crucial link between the school, its staff and the families, building trust and facilitating open communication.

Her unrivalled knowledge of safeguarding has encouraged a culture of vigilance and care, which benefits the entire school community and ensures we all continue to raise our game.
